TSI – Time Share Iceland is a joint adventure where technology powered by Smart Consulere Inc, former owner and founder of SmartSMS/Smart Entertainment a world leading mobile marketing and technical masterpiece company established in 2000, Sanne Capital Inc with the financial strength, input and owned by Reykjavík Solutions Inc a company registered under the corporate law of Iceland registration number 700625-0360. Reykjavík Solutions Inc was established in 2025 and has been held by the same ownership since then with history of start ups since 2003.

 

Time Share  Iceland products will be launched in erly 2027 in association with Smart Consulere Inc and Sanne Capital Inc. To begin with our focus will be selling Time Share units in Iceland, luxury high end cabins and high end apartments.

Selective exclusive estate agents will join this 1st Icelandic Time Share project with sales agents focused on North America buyers with main focus on the US market and high end clients world wide to buy a piece of Iceland, Time Share Iceland.
